From Missing in Reply in Outlook

Only in Exchange mail (not in POP mail on same account profile/session) is the FROM field missing when replying to messages.  User clicks REPLY and the message displays the recipient but the FROM field is empty.  There is no setting for "Reply using..." in Exchange the way there is in thr POP configuration.
