I don't believe there is anything built in to Word to allow this.  You could change the font to a thicker font and then bold that font but there are not varying degrees of boldness within Word.   You can also use effects such as shadowing to make the font appear a bit more bold.
Make your bold font size larger, then it becomes bolder than bold.

Not possible but If the font supports it you could try it with the shadow effect ... on a quick look it could be seen to be bolder.

I tried to add shadow, but nothing changes ...

what is "bold font size" ? if you mean to increase the font-size of the text, that's not possible.

How about playing with the default color of text using greys and finishing with most bold as black and bold ... least with a little grey and no bold?

Try changing your font to one that has "thicker" characters.  Something like Arial Black, Elephant,  Franklin Gothic Heavy
