When I print a one page web site from IE it adds the URL to the bottom of the document and the page number and number of pages to the top. Is there any way of surpressing this behavior?

In IE, click FILE, then click PAGE SETUP.  In the Headers and Footers Section, change all the entries to "-EMPTY-" and then click OK.

See the attached screenshot from IE8

Thanks, that seems to work. I hope the settings remain fixed from start to start (I'll get nback to you on Monday after the tests over the weekend).

Do you know whether I can script that?

Commented:
You should be able to script it using PowerShell and/or GPO.

Actually I meant from the HTML page itself, in like VB script or Javascript, then, when they accidentally reset the settings (or deliberately) my app still works.

Incidentally, first results from the customer are good.
