finding a process that is sending SNMP requests

my computer is sending out SNMP requests about every 15 seconds. How can I find out what process is doing this? NETSTAT does not work because there is never a connection established. I have done a packe sniff using ETHEREAL...but it does not show the process that is sending...HELP?? Any Ideas..

that worked...found that the SPOOLSV.EXE was corrupted replaced it with one from the I386 folder and it semms to have stopped the SNMP attacks. EXCELLENT!
