I have a user running Access 2003 in a Windows 7 Pro 32-bit environment. When she runs a query off of a form she gets the error Action Failed with the following information:

Macro Name: Ptshp Macros.OpenK1
Condition: True
Action Name: OpenQuery
Arguments: qryK1_Login, Datasheet, Edit

Other users running the same DB on XP machines do not have this issue. Please assist.

I have tried running as Admin and still get the same error message. I've even tried running in it another environment.

1 do a compact and repair, if you haven't done it yet.

if still failing,
2. do a decompile

3 From VBA window > Debug >Compile
  correct any errors raised

Where is the app installed on the Win7 box? In general with a UAC-enabled box, you are much better off putting your db in one of the Documents folder instead of directly on the root drive or in Program Files, which are protected directories in Win7.
