I have turned my conference rooms into resource mailboxes in exchange 2010. &nbsp;That is working fine. &nbsp;Im looking to add some fuctionality that will allow users to specify how they want to room setup, eg. round tables or rectangle tables, and if they neeed food for their meeting. &nbsp;Any possible solutions to this problem would be appreciated.
