Backup exec - can't start in Directory Recovery Mode

Our AD database corrupted, and I'm trying to restore from a backup (MS Tools aren't working to repair the database). Launching backup exec in restore mode asks me to log in, but the backup exec services can't start. I've changed them all to Local Service account, and they simply give the following error:

Could not start the Backup Exec Server service on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

What do I do now?

Tried it, no luck.

When this happened to me, I just rebooted into restore mode again and they all came up under localservice.

I've tried that already. I have everything, included the database, set to Local Service and performed a reboot. Same thing is happening.
Ended up calling Symantec support, they couldn't resolve the problem. Ended up rebuilding AD structure and changing to a new backup application.

No solution was found to this problem, even stumped the symantec support after 6 hours.
