Afternoon,

We have a public folder on server A that contains shared contacts. We need to copy all of these contacts from server A to server B, whether it be via Exchange or Outlook.

Could you please let me know how i can achieve this?

Much appreciated.

you cann add replica of the current public folders to the other server
and they will be automatically replicated to the new server.you will not need to do that manually...

however this might take time depending how many public folders are there

i would browse to the public folder in exchange system mamanger
>drill all the way down to the public folder containing contacts
then go to properties and under replication tab
click add add the public folder store of the other server

... above steps require both server to be online

Thank you
