You''ll need to do a factory reset on your router and then reconfigure it:

http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/48/q/routers
There will be a tiny reset button on it, usually in the back. Press it.

(a) Resetting the Router
Push and release the “Reset” button. The lights on the Router will momentarily flash. The “Power/Ready” light will begin to blink. When the “Power/Ready” light becomes solid again, the reset is complete.

(b) Restoring the Factory Defaults
Press and hold the “Reset” button for at least 10 seconds, then release it. The lights on the Router will momentarily flash. The “Power/Ready” light will begin to blink. When the “Power/Ready” light becomes solid again, the restore is complete.

default settings. You can then log into it with the following:

The router's default IP address is http://192.168.2.1
The Router ships with no password entered. In the login screen, leave the password blank and click the “Submit” button to log in.

Now you can make all the changes you need to.
