No Incoming mail after firewall switch

I just installed a new Netgear Prosafe router and mail can be sent, but no new mail comes in. Do I have the right ports forwarded? The exchange server is .20, and I explicity allowed the incoming to that IP.  Port

It looks correct, can you telnet from outside your network to port 25 on your static IP?
Do you have a static IP or did the new router grab a new external IP?
