Backup Exec user accounts

I just created a user account on Server 2008 and want to allow the user to launch Backup Exec to view the job history page. I created a log on account in Backup Exec for that user. When I log out as the Administrator and log in to the server under the new account, it won't let me start backup Exec. I get "access denied" on the new account and when I try to log on as the Administrator in Backup Exec I get a "security specific error occured".

Thanks in advance for your help.

It is version 12.5. I was able to log on to the backup exec media server using the administrator account while in the user account on the server and it would run. I have since changed the password for the administrator account. The dialog doesn't say access denied when I try as the administrator but says a "security package specific error occured". Before I changed the pass word for the Admin account I could at least launch Backup Exec from the other account, now only when I am logged in to the server as the Admin.
Usually with a changed password check your services. When backup exec gets installed it saves the user name and password for the services.

See if you can start/restart the service. If not double click on the service and try to edit the password.
I changed the password for the services also.
When you restart the services they came back error free?

According to jakirkhan's link, the user must have administrative privledges and that is not the case and is probably the problem. I will have to install the remote manager. Thanks for your help guys! I appreciate it.
