Are you talking about transposing? Copy the table and use Paste Special with the Transpose option.

Flyster I received the new sheet. I'll have to verify the data is correct first. How was this done so quickly? I was thinking vba code.

Hi Pat,
I copied sheet 1 and then on sheet 2 went paste special-transpose.

I also forgot to mention, after pasting, I had to change the alignment of some of the cells. In 2003 that's Format - Cells - Alignment tab. Highlight the cell (or rows or columns) and change orientation. In this case it was changed from 90 degrees to zero.

Is the procedure the same for Excel 2007? I'm upgrading to that today and won't need 2003 anymore.
thanks.
thanks.
Yes, transpose is the same. Alignment can be found under the Home tab in Cells - Format.
