first you would need the IOS for the 4510.  In GNS 3 you can load any valid IOS.

Once you have the IOS installed enter the router config CLI and enter the command "ip routing", that will enable routing on the switch.

last time I checked, there is no such device (4510); what you will need to do is get an image for the 3725/3745 and install the NM-ESW-16 (16 port switch module) and configure the 3725/3745 to use this module so that you can utilize ip routing, vlans, dot1q etherchannel, etc. There are many things you can not do, but what you can do is enough to pass your CCNA/CCNP and others have used it for their CCIE.

that is correct, what you have to remember is the GNS is just a gui; the main component to GNS (The heart) is Dynamips/Dynagen.

Do you know another Program help me to make Lab ( Like Packet Tracer and Boson Simulator )

Thanks

Commented:
Packet tracer is also good but you will not find all the commands you need.  It has about 80-90 percent of the commands.  GNS3 is the best if you want the actual router IOS.  Packet tracer is a better program as far as being able to get it up and running fasr and getting the basic commands working.
