Move mail from one mailbox to another in exchange 2003
i have an inbox that has over 1 million emails in it (it was setup for archiving) and I need to get these emails to another mailbox. How can I do this in exchange 2003? I looked into the exmerge but there is the limit on pst and ost files so that wont work. Is there a command line utility that will just copy everything from mailbox inbox to mailbox2 inbox? Any help would be appreciated.
You could just use a current version of outlook, once it is fully synced, export to PST and then import into the outlook profile of the user you want.

Firstly, go into the Exchange server and select the user that have left the company, then right click and select "properties"
- select Exchange Advanced tab and then Mailbox Rigths - in here add the name of the user that you would like to add the mailbox to (the manager)
- sign in Outlook with the account of the one that left and right click at main mailbox and select properties, then Permission and add the name of the manager and set the permission to Publish Editor.
- Then go into the Outlook of the manager and right click and select properties
- Select Advance and again advance tab-- there you can add the mailbox of the one that left the company.
