Increase volume of mpeg4 movie (made in psp video 9 for psp)
So I have a psp and like to watch movies on it. They are all in avi, so I use psp video 9 to convert the videos to mpeg 4 movies made for the psp.
Problem is - on some videos, the volume is sooooo low. Is there a way (either through this software, or using another software before or after) that can amplify the sound.
Might this need me to install and use another software to convert the avi that has a feature of increasing volume. That option i would not really like as I like psp video 9 - it is easy and does a good job.

There's an Edit>Transcode menu in PSPV9 which allows you to set the output volume as a % of the original

I could not find the 'edit' menu.
In fact I have had a good search around the entire software and not been able to find any sound setting features (I know you can select best quality sound, but this does not turn the sound up).
Could you tell me how to get there
