Exchange 2007 Resource Mailbox hide organisers name

Hi,

I have made some resource mailboxes for meeting rooms in my company.  I used powershell commands to make them auto accept.  

I have had a request to hide the organisers name in the calendar view (when you open the mailbox users calendar to view)  Is this possible?
