Windows 7 Administrator account disabled

Greetings,

I have a problem to enable the "administrator" account on Windows 7 Ultimate. I have 2 accounts on the computer (test and administrator). The "test" and "administrator" accounts had admin privilegies. So, I changed the "administrator" password using the option "Set Password" on user accounts and quit the "test" user from the ADMIN group (actually it is a power user). When I logoff and logon again with the "test" account, the "administrator" account was disabled and I can't change the privilegies for the "test" account.

Someone can help me with this? I can't reinstall the OS on this case.

Hi mate......been through the exercise too often.....there's a lot of people in our company that try to hack the local-admin and lockout or disable it.

here the tool that works for me......simple boot cd, and if you want (and know how to)...this is quickly made into a boot USB
