It is the same thing these are independant on the version. It is a Net Framework 2.0 issue.

If you read the 2k3 article the workaround and cause are different. In 2k3 it can be caused by a Windows Installer conflict. In 2k7 build this is not an issue and therefore is directly related to the .net framework; specifically versions 1.1 &amp;&nbsp;2.0. This dialogue you have open is really splitting hairs. Bottom-line is he has 2k7 and i provided him with a 2k7 applicable fix, which is the simpler way to fix this.
