how i connect to sql 2008 from sql studio management 2005

i need to connect to hosting database which is sql2008
but at my pc i have only sql 2005 express
when i connect i got this error

This version of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express can only be used to connect to SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 servers. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Express.ConnectionDlg)

Yes, as it correctly states you need SSMSE 2008 to connect to SQL 2008 and you can get it from here:

using this you can connect to 2000, 2005 and 2008 databases..

i install it but it ask me for windows installer 4.5
my pc is windows vista

If you follow the instructions in the first link ie., link to download SSMSE 2008, you can find instructions to download .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 and Windows Installer 4.5 and PowerShell..
