Boot into your BIOS and try correcting the time there. If necessary also replace the CMOS battery.

is there another way? i cant physically be in front of the computer at the moment due to my situation. i only have remote access.

Commented:
you can login locally not on the domain, and set the time correctly. kebros authentication fails if the is a 5min+ time difference

If you only have remote access then there is no way to correct this issue. It will require local access where "network time" doesn't matter.

Commented:
cqaliher, you are incorrect, you can remote desktop into the pc, and login as a local account.

ok the probelm was in the BIOS. For somereason the BIOS clock/date was changed to the year 2060. I ran through someone there and corrected the year back to 2010. Everything was normal after that. They had a Black Out the other day, after this, the problem began. I dont know if that had anything to do with it or not.
