Run a memory test or a hard drive test to verify the hardware is functioning correctly, i have seen new system have defective ram which would cause this issue during installation.  Also check on hp website and make sure the model has server 2003 drivers to make sure the hardware is compatible.

How can I run the memory and hdd test for this model.

Commented:
Depending on the hard drive I would download WD (western digital diagnostics) which runs in windows and scans attatched hard drives.

For memory test, download memtest 4.0 ico and burn it to a disc, then boot to the disk to run the memory test.
