Your server is Openfire then I think you are using Spark client. Could you copy your debug log and paste its content in here for troubleshooting?<br />

Or telnet command, something like this &nbsp;telnet xmpp.org 80 (<b>telnet domainname/ipaddress port</b>) . <br />
