Outlook redirect
User wants to cancel the re-direct from mailbox A into mailbox B(personal outlook inbox). In AD, I cannot find any tab with this function.
Your question is not clear, Is he trying to move mails into a .pst . Check for Outlook rules if any.

Should read correctly of course but the method is much as indicated but look for a rule that meets the criteria and then delete it.
If there is no such rule then it is possibly done with a macro and if so check for the Application_NewMailEx sub in thisOutlookSession module.

The mailbox A is a public mailbox that is shared amongst a group of users. Somehow there is a redirect set on it to forward mail to a particular user. Where can i find this setting?
I read the question differently, and I suspect that what you mean is all your incoming mail is going to your Personal Folder, instead of say the Exchange mailbox. This is common if you open Outlook first, and then configure the Exchange account later.
Try going to Toops, Email Accounts, View or Change Email, Next, Deliver ne wemail to the following location.

Ahhh I think you want to go to the user account (I presume the shared mailbox is a user account that no single person uses). Go to Properties, Exchange General tab, Delivery Options, Forwarding.
Here's a link if you want to see some screenshots of the relevant screens http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF015.html

Cannot see this tab theras2000. Could it be some kind of hidden function that admin may have locked down?Exchange general tab is missing...how can I get this back?
Maybe you just need to do View, Advanced Features in the ADUC menu bar.
