Hi

The CEO has left the company and i have been told an Out Of Office must appy for 2 months, they have also requested that the Out Of office gets sent for evey email and not just the first email from each sender.

Is this possibe, i thought this was an Exchange wide setting

We have an Exchange 2003 Environment with 9 Exchange servers.

Thanks

Nick

Hello,
You will need to setup a rule from the users Outlook profile to send a reply from the exchange server server.
Screen print attached.
