Have you contacted their support department?

As to registering your .dll, generally your installer would do this for you.

"The dll's do not need registering:"

The information you posted (apparently from the developer of that utility) would seem to contradict that statement. See your Item #1, where is explicitly states that you must REGISTER the .dll. You may not need to register the IsLicense50.dll, but according to your information, you DO need to register QlmLicenseLib.dll. This is something your installation program would do. I assume that, given this is obviously some form of commercial application, that you will be using a professional installation tool and not the Packaging Wizard. If so, then just refer to the Help manual for that installation tool, and read up on how to let that tool register your .dll files. All of them are different, so we cannot really provide explicity instructions as to exactly how to configure your installation tool.

****************

Unfortunately, we don't have the necessary items to do this for you, and it's not really our role to help you build your commercial software. Your database contains a reference to the QlmLicenseLib.dll, which we don't have on our machines (unless we've used that file, and this is the first time i've heard of that file here on EE). When I try to open the qlmsample.mdb file, I get an error in regard to that. Also, from just a cursory review of the QLM website it seems the .dll files used to work with QLM are tied to a specific machine (i.e. YOUR workstation), therefore providing them to us here won't do any good.

Unless we have all the files needed, we cannot really be of much help. As I mentioned earlier, however, it seems that QLM has a support forum - have you posted there, or asked them for assistance with this? They seem to be fairly responsive, at least from a cursory review.
