Zetafax mail is not forwarding to public folders

We are using Zetafax version 11.0.564
Our server hosting this recently was low in memory and since then our faxes coming into the Zetafax system do not forward to the correct public folders. We have freed up memory and restarted the services, but the faxes come through and sit in the Zetafax server received folder.

I have found a solution for this.

Browse to the Zfax\server\mailout folder and move all the .ini and .sin files to a temp location. If faxes start to go though, move these files back and try again. If they dont go through when the .ini and .sin are moved back, remove these files as they are corrupt.
