EXCEL 2003 & 2007 - No printer available through Citrix

Hi all,

Got a very strange error that has worked its way into my Citrix pres 4.5/ server 2003/ office 2003 (SP3)farm.

When users logon to Citrix when they launch excel whether direct or through a outlook attachment and try and print they get a error: printer unavailable.

If they try and print from outlook, word it works fine. I can see there have mapped the correct printer in the ica session but it just wont work in Excel!

If i then close the excel spreadsheet down and go back in it will then print!?!?!

Very confusing indeed.

I tried upgrading to Execl 2007 but had the same problem.

Any ideas?
