Hi all,<br />

Got a very strange error that has worked its way into my Citrix pres 4.5/ server 2003/ office 2003 (SP3)farm. <br />
<br />
When users logon to Citrix when they launch excel whether direct or through a outlook attachment and try and print they get a error: printer unavailable. <br />
<br />
If they try and print from outlook, word it works fine. I can see there have mapped the correct printer in the ica session but it just wont work in Excel!<br />

If i then close the excel spreadsheet down and go back in it will then print!?!?!<br />

Very confusing indeed. <br />

I tried upgrading to Execl 2007 but had the same problem. <br />

Any ideas?<br />

Hi all,
