Dell MD3000i setup question with multiple subnets

Ok, so I'm setting up an MD3000i with two subets on two separate physical switches.  I have a Xenserver attaching to it if that matters.  My question is, how do I set the SAN up to failover to the other switch when one fails?  Is this done at the Xenserver?
