as an example in facebook when i am checking an album, when i go from 1 image to another image, the image change only (using Ajax) does this count as they have new page views or not?

on the other hand, if i made it as Iframe, does refreshing the Iframe is considered as  new page views or not?

It is not, and trust me, you are not the only person with this on your mind.

It does not count towards page views.

A lot of sites use a dirty method to increase page views by making you page through too many pages  to read stories and this also boosts ad impressions. do not do this. users hate it.
