Outlook 2007 cannot update CAS

We recently has a failure of our CAS server. I built a new CAS array and made all the needed Exchange configurations.

In Office 2010, I can update the server to "owa.cuaa.edu" (our CAS array address)

In Office 2007 I cannot get this to resolve properly, it keeps resolving to "CUAA-FE03" (which is the failed CAS)

I have tried removing the profile and creating a new on, it still resolves owa.cuaa.edu to CUAA-FE03 when I click "Check Name".

How do I get this to update properly?

Exchange 2010 with Rollup 4

CUAA-FE08 and CUAA-FE09 are the CAS servers in an NLB configuration.
I don't have a problem in Outlook 2010.

The problem will probably be with the autodiscover setup. Check the dns resolution for autodiscover.yourdomian.internal. Check the IP is resolves too and if its going to one of the new CA servers. This article discribes the in's and outs of  Autodiscover;

Also you can see what outlook is looking at for the config when you open outlook, hold <ctrl + right click> on the outlook tray icon. Select Test Email AutoConfig. Run the test and check the results / resolved servers and autodiscover locations.

The DNS name owa.cuaa.edu resolves to the service address for the NLB the CAS's are a part of.

So I found that these clients were set up before the cas array address was implemented.

I has to re run the cmdlet to set the client access array for all databases.

Then edit each user mail profile in offline mode, enter the correct CAS array address and then reboot their machine.

After that, outlook functioned normally.
