If you are running Windows 7, many of Sage's products are either not supported or recently supported with Windows 7. The main faults lie in reporting. have you tried reporting on a Windows XP machine and seen if you have the same issues?

Thanks for the reply.
Stumbled across issue - a USB Drive was connecting which once disconnected - suddenly the software started working.
Neither I nor Sage can see why this is, as the program did not appear to be writing to it but it's all working OK now.
