How to send internal Outlook e-mail to Junk Folder

How do I classify certain internal e-mail source addresses as junk e-mail using Microsoft Outlook 2007 client?  When I try to do so, I get a message stating that internal addresses cannot be blocked.

Try the option to create a rule, select Advanced Options button on the bottom right, select when sent from your user and select the "through the selected account" on the email you are trying to filter. Then do whatever you want with the email, delete, permanently delete, etc...
Use the rules Option.

Create a rule to move messages from someone to a folder.

Select the person from, and set the folder to be the junk mail folder.
use the rules or organize feature to automatically place messages from the sender into deleted items or another folder. - (must be someone you dislike)
