Today I was trying looking through the Event Viewer on my domain controller, a windows 2003 server. My main goal was to check log-in times from our users. The main problem right now is that the Event Viewer was only doing local events. How do I view events on the domain level.

Unfortunately, that is done by third party applications, (like Event Sentry). Usually event log monitoring software is licensed per machine and can be $$$$ $pendy.

However, on your MMC console, you can individually add computer event logs to monitor. I add the domain controllers. Through experience, if a client PC has a problem, you will be notified by the two-legged type of monitoring services.
