problems with outlook autocomplete  00:01:12

I have been having some issues with the Outlook autocomplete for addresses. My manager address , has dropped out of my autocomplete list. This is the only person who seems to have dropped out. I have had to go to the address book to find her name. However, she has not been added to my autocomplete, and so I continually have to return to the address book to send e-mails to her.How can I make this name stick in the .nk2 file

thanks jjdurrant, I think I need to repost this question as I did not provide all the info,
would you know where outlook 2010 stores it's .nk2 file? A user of mine upgraded to office/outlook 2010 from 2007 and I noticed that the .nk2 file seems to be renamed to .nk2old in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
So what file is outlook 2010 currently using to remember it's names?

Ah.. Outlook 2010 no longer uses nk2 files to store addresses for the AutoSuggest feature. It now uses an additional Contacts folder called "Suggested Contacts" instead.

You can still import your 2007 nk2 though:
