multiple RDP logins with same user in Windows Server 2008

In Server 2003, the same user could be logged in to more than one remote desktop session.  But in Server 2008, if the user is already logged in to a session, and someone tries to login as that user from another location, it boots the first user off (without warning, I might add).

How can I get it back to the same functionality as it was in Server 2003?
