I read few documentation of hp forum that few guys told 4 Gb supported. Have any idea about this?
If I use 667 MHz 2 @ 2 Gb then my laptop restart.

yes I tried 667 MHz 2 gb ram in two slot (total 4 Gb) ==> my laptop restart
800 MHz 2 gb ram in two slot (total 4 gb) ===> machine starts but black screen
but single 800 MHz single 2 gb ram ===> my laptop runs well

It will not make any difference which ones you use.
667 MHz 2 Gb supports. But I want to upgrade then I face huge problem.
Now  I use 2Gb 800 MHz in a single slot.
