Using Windows 7 64 bit with Exchange Server 2003

I can't seem to get Windows 7 64 bit to work with Exchange Server 2003.  I have several Win 7 32bit machines that work fine.
When I try to set up the Outlook email account I get a "This feature is not available. Outlook must be online..."
Any help will be appreciated
