w3wp.exe IIS workder Process uses all of the systems RAM
Hello,
Server 2008 Standard with Exchange, IIS, and SQL on it. 4GB of RAM.
In the last few weeks IIS w3wp.exe continiously consumes more RAM until Exchange is non-response. Ending the task on w3wp.exe will fix the problem for about 4 to 5 hours before it maxes out again. The last time I ended the process it was using 1.7GB of ram. System has 3 users in a small office connected to it. They mostly use Outlooks Calendar feature and word processing. Any ideas?

I am looking in IIS manager and cant determine which sites are required and how to tell which one is going crazy. They do not not their website, or use sharepoint, but need OWA for the phone.
