windows server Update

Having trouble applying windows server 2003  update and SP2  to my Additional/Backup Domain Controller.  I get the message do not have permission to update Windows server 2003  Contact your administrator.  I am log on as a domain administrator.i read the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888791/en-us and many of other article they didn't solve problem and the Local Policies > User Rights Assignment" is grayed and i read i try  all  solutions that posted for 07/02/07 10:16 PM, ID: 22671328 Question .
Here is a piece of teh install log.
