Content Advisor blocking site incorrectly

I'm using content advisor within my users IE8 browser.  I'm blocking a few specific sites and its working fine, but there is a specific site that users do need and regardless if i set all the sliders to none and enter the address (in many different ways) into the approved list, the site is not viewed when a users logs into it.  It simply kicks them back to their login page.  The only way the site works is if i turn off content advisor completely.

Are there any other components to the content advisor that could be blocking the site that I just don't have access to adjust?

Go to content advisor and under settings (or enable if it is grayed out) there is an approved sites tab.

Oh sorry for that incomplete answer, go to view source on the specific website and search for any third parties (aka other websites) that are integrated into that site. (for example those ads you see before you reach a website that you must click continue on)
