VPN user cannot connect to Outlook Web Access

Our top exec, when home and connected to the VPN, cannot access Outlook Web Access. When he disconnects from the VPN, it loads. Works elsewhere fine (ie. connected to VPN and able to access OWA). Our internal network is a 192.168.0.XXX and he's using a Motorola router (will get model shortly) and using a Cisco VPN to connect through out ASA 5510.

How can I get this resolved? What should I be looking into?
