How can I get a server to wait for a batch file to run before it executes the UPS shutdown when on battery

I have about 10 servers I would like to send remote shutdown commands to using a batch file, when I configure the UPS power tab the 2003 server does not give me any option but to shutdown the server next.

However the server does not wait for the batch file to execute to completion but executes the shutdown of the server thus leaving several servers still up and running.

IS there anyway to slow the timing of the shutdown or even disable it?
