Multiple Concurrent User Sessions On Citrix XenApp

Hi,
have recently setup citrix Xenapp v6 on two win2k8 R2 servers (load balanced). Users in the office access applications using the online plugin (formely PN Agent). Remote access is through secure gateway using the web plugin. I have set policies to allow 1 concurrent session (for licensing reasons). I am finding that randomly users are getting the message that they have exceeded their concurrent session limit meaning that citrix is trying to open a new user session rather than connect them to existing or disconnected sessions. Can anyone advise why this is happening? Why does citrix try to open a new user session when one already exists? Perhaps advise some recommended policies to avoid this happening (session reliability, etc, etc).
This is a major support issue as it requires the administrator (me) to manually clear their existing (orphaned) sessions.
I setup one user remotely for access through the secure gateway. Everytime he launched a new app it tried to open a new session. This doesn't happen on my test machine. I suspect this issue is possibly 'cookie' related?

Any help greatly appreciated.....

Do not limit it to 1 concurrent sessions. Please refer to the following:

Hi Basraj, the articles explain why i am getting the error....because i have enforced one session per user. However, it does not say that this is an incorrect. If i allow multiple sessions per user then i could potentially require 2,3,4 times as many user licenses. All aplications are available on both servers. There is no need for a seperate user session to be launched. In fact, this also causes other issues if applications are open in different sessions ie you cannot cut and paste between apps.
Then in this case i think session sharing is not working for you? Make sure the application properties are same for the session sharing to work. Also if the server load is full, it will not got to existing session.

Since the limit is 1, you will definitely will get the error
session sharing is working 90% of the time but randomly not working for office pc's using online plugin. External access through the secure gateway is also working 90% of the time with occasional failure. However, one particular remote  PC that i was remote controlling tried to open a new session on each application launch. I suspect this might be to do with the cookie settings on the machine...can anyone confirm that cookies need to be enabled for session sharing to work? What i am really looking for is a policy configuration set best suited to session sharing...timeouts, disconnected sessions, session reliability, etc, etc.
On the xenapp web and services sites, are have load balancing enabled. I have associated the default load balancer to each server. If i remove load balancing will all sessions route to the single server (i have yet to test).

The two load balanced servers must have the EXACT command line syntax for the load balanced applications or session sharing won't work correctly and open a new session.  Once again, both servers must have all the exact settings for all applications including any third party extensions such as adobe reader.

answer of some help...though not fully fixing my issues
I am having a similar problem. Do you have session reliability disabled by chance? Did you ever come to a full resolution?
