An user in my company having issues with his roaming profile.. When he connects on his computer, the applications are not loading such as ( outlook, indesing ). He gets error message " script not loaded". Some share drives were not loading...The same problem when he connected into another computer.
So i decided to restore his profile on the date it was working correctly. So i asked the administrator to restore and reactivate the profile on the particular date.
I deleted his local profile in his usal computer and then i asked him to log on. Everything is ok . the profile is created locally on documents and settings.
But when he connected on another pc, he is connecting with the old profile ( the corrupted one).
So i asked him to reconnect in his own pc. He gets error msg at startup " the roaming profile could not be loaded locally....", then logged in...When i had a look in documents and setting, his profile already created locally, is missing, i see only a folder " Tmp " which contains my documents, desktop ...
In client pc's we are using XP sp3.
Can anyone help me how to fix this issue ?
