I know the points have already been awarded, but I want to add another one I've been working with -- Superfish. I use both Nice Menus and Superfish, depending on the look and features I need for any given project. Superfish has a little more eye candy.

I'm not really familiar with superfish, but I recognize it from nice menus as well.<br />
The beta version of nice menus (2.1-beta1) uses superfish for it's JS effects.
