Folder Redirection - Start Menu is not functioning in Vista Systems.<br />

I have requirement to redirect the &quot;start menu&quot; to a shared location. I have set the Start Menu under Folder Redirection - (Settings : Basic - Redirect everyones folder to the same Location) <br />
The Domain Controller is Windoes 2003<br />
