ASKER

That is the correct email address.
Should I be contacting my ISP/SMTP Mail Server provider?
sorry, looking at it for a second time, its gone from your email server potoroo7.mincad.com.au to node1.alpha.aussiehq.net.au which has then forwarded it to ironport1-mta.cbr1.mail-filtering.com.au to be scanned for viruses and then passed on, but it would seem that ironport1-mta.cbr1.mail-filtering.com.au isn't set up to relay emails for you're domain so won't send it anywhere after its scanned it. if you get the same error sending to all external sources then i'd definitely contact you're ISP.

hope this helps
