Just recently signed up to install a product on the network which involves installing a component that needs to be pushed to Blackberry phone clients using the BES server. The support representative has remotely setup the BES to push the client although the user's states the software has not been deployed. I have no real knowledge of a Blackberry server, athough it does seem reasonably complex with many different options. My question is this, i know how to deploy the software apps to the phone's although how do i check the logs to guage success or if there was an error. It doesn't seem very intuitive to where such information is available or located.
Naturally, i have contacted the support person who set this up but they are pretty hard to contact being located in the states and there answers seem a little vague. Has anybody got any idea how this is done.
