All email from is set to "Delay Send" Have to manually turn off this feature with each message. Running Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003.
I have deleted local Outlook profile, including rename of Outlook folders; disabled Off Line Cache as well. No other users having problem
Watch Question

Is this switch in Outlook 2007 turned on: Tools | Trust Center | Attachment Handling | Add properties to attachments to enable Reply with Changes?

DISABLE the second option under "When Outlook is Online" labelled "Schedule an automatic send/receive every x minutes

This was not selected.
I disabled off line send/receives and auto send recieve; still having problem.

Click, Tools, Options.
Then click on the "Mail Setup" tab.
In the middle of the screen you should see "Send Immediately When Connected". Deselect that option.

I have tried this suggestion..still having problem.
When I log in the PC, using my OD, and setup Outlook, I have the same problem.
I have tried deleting the profile, and renaming Outlook folders (Local applications, and Local settings); still having problem.

There are currently no rules listed.
The previous user may have had one that is causing this problem; will try the /cleanrules switch.
When you create a new message, and go to Options/Delay Delivery; it is "preset" to deliver after 5PM.
You can clear the check box and send the message

ok --> that's where your problem is.

Can you give local administrator rights to the user and uncheck that. And see if the preset goes away.

try outlook /cleanrules and see if that works.

if it doesnt try this

outlook /cleanprofile

Are you sure it's really doing that?
I fell for that once... as soon as you open the options for delay send, Outlook will automatically check it!! So it's not turned on until you click that button, thus giving the impression it was already turned on. Stupid, I know.

This could be setup as part of a GPO in a domain environment.
It can also be configured/pushed by the server.
http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/et_send_now.htm which merkaztohna outlined, but directed you to deselect versus select which is your intent is to send the outgoing email on send.

Tried all suggestions; still having problem
Tested OWA. no mail delay.

Did you use GPMC to check whether these settings/preferences are being set by a GPO on the domain?

After Restart issue resolved; he "cleanprofile switch resolved the problem
