Exchange signitures for two companies on same server
OK Exchange is 2010 and here's the problem.
We have two companies using 1 exchange server, If I make the transport rule to use inorganization it will add the same text to all emails.
How can I separate the two to reflect company1.com and company2.com when applying a signature

You can create two signatures within your email options (mail format) and then just select the signature you want before sending your emails bu clicking on the "Signature" button and selecting which signature you need. (Make sure you have the correct signature for the correct company)

Why dont you use a program like Mail Exclaimer (http://www.exclaimer.com/) then you can define which signatures you want sending out based on a lit of criteria. You can even define your own signatures through the pre-made templates or make your own.

thanks for the input guys:
bratsch: cannot do that, some staff work just for one company and I cannot expect them to choose a sig file for every email they send and this has to be at transport level
sighar: Will look at this
Tahir2008: I would prefer to less add-ons running with exchange but I will still check it out
thanks Guys, points assigned when i figure this out
